Apple Music Spatial Audio coming to India soon

Apple announces its new Spatial Audio feature will be coming to India soon after users report the feature was not consistently available.

As MacRumors points out, Apple Music subscribers in India weren’t able to reliably access the feature. Users could access it sometimes, and other times in the span of just hours, could not.

To address concerns, the Apple Music page in India now features a “coming soon” section for Dolby Atmos and Lossless Audio. Apple has not announced a specific date for the official rollout.

Apple announced that the Spacial Audio feature would also arrive on Android devices sometime in the future, though Apple has not announced which devices will be compatible.

The new feature rolled out on June 8, providing users with a simulated 3D audio space that contains depth and direction. To help you better understand, AppleInsider has penned a handy guide to Spatial Audio and Dolby Atmos.
