Crews respond to crash after vehicle strikes parked cars, houses in Kettering – WHIO TV 7 and WHIO Radio


KETTERING — Crews are responding to an accident after a vehicle crashed into multiple cars and homes Friday night in Kettering.

Crews were called to respond to the area of East Whipp Road and Old Mill Road just before 10 p.m. to respond to reports of a vehicle into a structure, according to initial emergency scanner traffic.

A sergeant with the Kettering Police Department told News Center 7 that a vehicle went off of the roadway, struck two parked cars, ended up hitting two houses, and came to a rest against a tree.

The vehicle seemed to have been going at least 80 miles per hour before crashing, according to the sgt. on scene.

We are working to learn more on whether or not anyone was injured in the crash.
