Microsoft Teams recently added the ability to replace the background in your video feed with virtual images. This allows you to keep your home surroundings private and use different images as your virtual background during important meetings and video calls.
While Microsoft does not officially support custom backgrounds in Teams as of yet, you can use this handy workaround to use your own images as a background in Microsoft Teams.
This will allow you to use custom images instead of stock images included by Microsoft which will allow you to customize your video feed according to your choice without being restricted by Microsoft’s offerings.

How to add downloaded backgrounds to Microsoft Teams
The Teams software doesn’t let you add your own images for use as virtual backgrounds by default. However, you can manually do it by adding the images to the Uploads directory under Microsoft Teams’s AppData directory. This allows you to use any image, wallpaper or background you want to use as virtual background you want.
