Solution 1: Disconnect Bose product from power source

If Bose QuietComfort 35 II is connected to a power source and is charging, Bluetooth is disabled. Therefore, when Bluetooth is disabled on the wireless headphone it will not connect to a Bluetooth device. To fix this, make sure to disconnect wireless headphone from charging and then try to connect again to a Bluetooth device.

Solution 2: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled

Bluetooth settings should be enable on both Bose Product and Bluetooth device. You will not be able to connect to a Bluetooth device is Bluetooth settings are not managed correctly.

To enable Bluetooth on Bose product,

  1. Slide the Power switch to turn it ON on Bose product to enable Bluetooth

Solution 6: Check Battery level

If you are unable to connect to a Bluetooth device with Bose product, it is probably because of battery level. If battery level is low or almost draining. Make sure that Bose product is sufficiently charged. If you noticed that it is on low battery, you may need to connect it to a power source.

Solution 8: Reboot Bluetooth device

Just like with any electronic device, a simple way to fix minor issues is to reboot the device. This action refreshes the device and remove any corrupt data that may have caused Bluetooth connection problems.

To reboot, turn device OFF then wait for a few seconds before turning device ON again.

After rebooting the device, try to connect Bose product again to a Bluetooth device and then check if the issue still exists.

Solution 9: Reset Bose product
