While it’s true that most of the stands are empty in stadia across the world, you can still watch professional sports from the comfort of your sofa. It’s not the same, granted, but at least sports are continuing.

One of the most popular platforms in the UK is BT Sport, which is now available on Now TV streaming sticks and set top boxes (plus the Now TV apps), either with or without an account. Here’s how to watch BT Sport on Now TV.

What Now TV devices support BT Sport?

There are a few different Now TV devices on which you can install the BT Sport app. These are as follows:

How existing BT Sport customers can watch on Now TV

If you already have a BT Sport account, then it’s very easy to enjoy the content on Now TV. To do so, go to the App Store on your Now TV device and search for BT Sport. Once you’ve downloaded and installed it, open the app and you should be able to log in to your BT Sport account and immediately start watching your favourite teams or players in action.

How non-BT Sport customers can watch the content on Now TV

You don’t actually need an existing BT Sport account to enjoy the matches broadcast on the platform. Instead, you can buy a monthly Sports Pass Extra from Now TV that grants you access to all the content on BT Sport. This currently costs £30/€34 per month or £9/€10 per day, although there are often discounts and promotions that can make it more affordable. At the time of writing, you could sign up for the Ultimate Sports Bundle Offer, which combined Sky Sports, BT Sports and Premier Sports for £32/€36.50 per month for three months, after which it would go back up to the normal £65/€73p/m.

To find out more about this route, visit the Now TV Sports page to see what’s on offer.

There’s also the option to buy a monthly pass from BT Sport itself, which will set you back a quite reasonable £25/€29. You can visit the BT Sport webpage to buy your pass or look at the various subscription offers.
