Very recently, pictures of the yet-to-launch Moto G7 leaked online and now we’ve good reasons to believe that they’re genuine after corroborating with the leaked spec-sheet that’s surfaced on the web.
Motorola is expected to jump on the big screen bandwagon with their upcoming flagship Moto G7 that, reportedly (via howtotechnaija), will sport a mega 6.4″ FHD+ display with a water-drop notch, following the current trend. It will, in all likeliness, be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 octa-core processor.
The leaked spec-sheet mentions the phone will house 4GB RAM and 64GB built-in storage that can be expanded to a maximum of 256GB using a micro SD card.
It is also likely to run on Android Pie 9.0 OS out of the box and support dual sim. Coming to the camera, the Moto G7 is expected to house dual rear cameras (16MP and 5 MP) and a singular front-facing camera (12MP) for taking selfies and video calling. The 3500mAh battery can be expected to last a full day of moderate use.
Overall, the new offering from Motorola may offer its loyalists another one of the best phones in the budget range that’s bang for buck, but first-time buyers may refrain from purchasing because it may not offer anything new. However, only time will tell if Motorola does indeed have nothing new to offer or whether it springs a pleasant surprise on us!
