With the holiday season approaching, Nokia says to ‘Pink Differently’ with the new So Pink Nokia G42, which is a repairable, feature-rich 5G smartphone for only $449.
Great for Barbiecore trendsetters and fans of the colour pink, the new Nokia G42 5G So Pink on-trend smartphone is now available for purchase in Australia.
The So Pink features a 50MP camera, 3-day battery life with 20 W USB-C fast charging, 5G1 connectivity powered by the Snapdragon® 480+ 5G Mobile Platform, and an extended 3-year warranty.
Households looking for ways to be thrifty and offset rising living costs can even fix damaged phones in a cost-effective way with the So Pink Nokia G42. With the iFixit’s DIY kits starting from $42.99, owners can repair the dreaded cracked screen as well as faulty charging ports and batteries.
Lars Silberbauer, CMO of HMD Global, the home of Nokia phones, said: “Repairable and fashionable – the new So Pink Nokia G42 5G ticks all the boxes. It does good and looks good. Why should repairable be dull? This 5G smartphone has a brilliant vibrant design that people will hopefully appreciate.”
Owners of the G42 5G So Pink device might also have fewer necessary fixes because it has a IP52 rating for protection against water sprays, and dust and has been meticulously tested for everyday durability.
When capturing memories, the device’s AI 50MP camera enables smart imaging with AI to enhance clarity in most environments. While portrait mode brings the camera’s focus point front and centre, night mode can also be viewed with both visible on the 6.56” HD+ display. The sound should also be enhanced with its OZO 3D audio capture.
As of today, fans of pink can snap up the Nokia G42 5G in So Pink, which is available in Australia in 6/128 GB storage and other memory configurations from $449 RRP from Nokia.com and other major retailers including JB Hi-Fi, Officeworks, TVSN, Amazon, Catch and Kogan.
