NEW DELHI: One of the most popular Xiaomi smartphone — Mi A3 has started receiving Android 10 for the third time. This is the third time that the company has rolled out the Android 10 update for Mi A3. The company retracted the update twice due to some major bugs which brick the
phone and then because of fingerprint issues.

It seems that now the company has perfected the update and the Mi A3 users will now be able to experience Android 10 features on the device.

Xiaomi started rolling out new build for the Mi A3 which is 1.33GB in size. The Android 10 update also brings an April Android security patch to the smartphone. With the latest update, the company has also added features like Pro camera mode. Apart from this, with the Android 10 update, users will now be able to experience features like Dark Theme, Smart Reply in messages, Focus mode, Live Caption, and others.

To recall, the Xiaomi Mi A3 was launched last year and the smartphone got a price cut in January this year. After the price drop, the base variant that offers 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage is now available at Rs 11,999, while the 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage options are selling at Rs 14,999.

The Xiaomi Mi A3 offers a 6.08-inch HD+ screen of 1560x720p resolution with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor. Being part of Google’s Android One initiative, Xiaomi Mi A3 runs on stock Android 9.0 Pie operating system out-of-the-box.
